5^th August- Main Auditorium, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi.

By Car/Taxi: Search for Maulana Azad Medical College (use link above for google placemark). Nearby landmarks are ITO, Delhi Gate, Rajghat

By Metro: Nearest station is Delhi Gate (on Purple Line). Exit from Gate 1 and walk to your right for about 200 meters to reach Main Gate (also known as M gate because of its prominent M shape). Venue is right there.

Other nearby metro station are ITO and New Delhi (prefer if you are coming from Airport). You can pick local cab, autorickshaw/cycle rickshaw from here.

The Weather is expected to be hot and humid with day temperature rising to high of 35-39C. Evenings and night are expected to be around 24-29C. There is high probability of rains (30-70% chance), hence please carry an umbrella handy.

There is no strict dress code. But smart-casual is preferred during conference.

The conference venue is located right in heart of Delhi and provides several options to stay matching every pocket. Type in Connaught Place and nearby to find places close to venue and city centre.

We will be happy to help you in finding a place suited for you.

Meals along with tea and coffee will be provided to all registered delegates on 5^th August without any extra charges. However there are no planned meals on other days of conference. The food planned is vegetarian.

Delhi undoubtedly is place of foodies and there are lot of places nearby which offer excellent food. You choose to venture into Old Delhi to try out authentic Mughlai Indian Curry and many other treasures. You can also go to Khan Market/ Connaught Place to try out Pubs and world cuisines.

For quick bite, may try eating outlets in the campus, feel free to ask the volunteers for same.

During 1^st to 4^th.

• Attend the VRiMS hall on the allotted day and experience all available stations. Interact with faculty and coordinators to understand the tech and its scope.
• Enrol on VRiMS live stream (contact reg desk) and watch the content in your free time on your mobile device in comfort of your hostel/home.
• Attend the Lecture on 1^st Aug (Entry free for all) by Prof Pankaj Jani at New Lecture theatre at 3PM

5^th August

• Attend and participate in discussions through out the day
• Participate in the HACKATHON.

You have been informed about the registration number. Alternatively you can check on the link on website for list of registered delegates.

Be ready with your registration number, you Identity proof and dues amount if any. Please Note only Cast will be acceptable on site.
