Membership and conference forms
The IGS membership Google Form opens inside this website when you request it. No website account is required. Responses are submitted directly to the IGS form through Google Forms. Read the consent questions in the form before submitting. ICIGS 2027 registration is hosted on the Association of Surgeons of Uganda website. Its own privacy terms apply.
Storage and access
Google hosts form responses on behalf of the form owner under its own privacy policies. Membership responses are managed by IGS. Earlier requests collected by this website remain in its protected database, accessible only to authorised organisers and their original account holders. The site does not collect payment card details. A registration request does not confirm payment or attendance.
Services loaded on request
The membership form and member-country map load only after you choose to open them. Google may show optional sign-in or service links inside its embedded content. The website does not require an account to read content or open the membership form. Abstract submission is managed by the Journal of Global Surgery (ONE) under its own submission policies.

For access, correction or deletion requests, contact surgicalinnovationsindia@gmail.com. The organising team manages response access, consent and retention for its forms.
